   Here you get a view of what it is like to enter the Cheboygan Locks from the south, the high side. The top two photos show the entrance to the locks. The photo left is a view with the gates open after you are lowered to the Lake Huron level. The below video will take you through the locks.
   The Lake Michigan side of the locks offers shore fishing from both sides. The warm water flowing out of the power plant attracts fish year round. The stone wall shown below is directly behind the outflow.
