West of the point Brevoort River Dam
   There is a large point just north of Brevoort River on the south shore with a very steep drop from 3 to 20 foot on the underwater edge, sonar right. This drop is a good area to work for bass, walleye, pike and panfish. The North Country Trail runs over the dam where the river meets the lake. The dam helps control the lake level and just south of it you will find a fire pit and picnic table making it a nice shore stop.
