Michigan Fishing Tips Caroline Rig
The Carolina rig is simple to rig but is very efficient in catching a variety of species
and is easy to use. This is the basic set up I use 80% of the time in many variations.

Weedless Carolina Rig

Here are two examples of the Carolina Rig.
It can be used with a variety of soft bait as well
as some live bait such as crawlers. It's a good set up
for trolling and casting. The swivel helps keep the line
from twisting.
