Well, May is here again and fishing time is about to become the hot topic for a lot of discussion. I saw a boat heading up to the dam yesterday but was not able to get a fishing report from them as they stayed upriver a long time. I take that as they were having some good luck or a long nap. I made a few casts from shore in a pool by our dock with a gold Rapala and did not get any action. Either way it seemed like a great day to be on a boat.
