As we head into the 4th of July weekend fishing continues to be fantastic. With some warmer weather, fish are moving out of the shallows to some deeper water -although they've still be catching them up in the stumps during the morning and evening fishes. Bass fishing remains excellence with several 5lb and even 6lb fish caught. Pan fishing has also been excellent with some of the largest perch and crappie we've seen being brought in. Pike action is still below normal, although several folks have reported large pike breaking their lines... so they are still out there.
