spring has been great and the 40 miles of trails in the Frederic area are really smooth and ready for some summer fun!!! Frederic Township has ALL county roads OPEN to get to and from Town for gas and directly to the trails. Also with County road 612 West open you can directly ride from the trailhead parking to the Kalkaska county line and another 70 miles of trails. Also check out Happi Days Campground and Diner 1 1/2 miles south out of Frederic on Old 27.
