This was my last day so I rode the trails and back roads for most of the morning
as again they had been groomed and packed last night. I really enjoy the morning
rides and these wide smooth trails made it hard to stop. I did have to pack
and get on the road early in the morning and back to the daily race.
It had been a memorably few days with tons of snow and hundreds of miles of
great trails. As I took one last look around town in the sunlight I knew
I would have to come back and spend more time exploring all there is to see
around here.
I leave you with a few shots around the little town at the end of the road, Grand Marais.
