Before Grass River runs into Clam Lake it starts to widen out and run west.
The area on the south bank is The Grass River Natural Area with a small access
dock shown to the left. There are a series of marked trails through the wetlands
with boardwalks and overlook platforms like the one shown top left. For more about this area you
