The area in and around the channel leading to Round Lake
offers a wide variety of fishing opportunities. In the spring
smallmouth, brown trout and rainbow trout are are found in the
outlet area. Spoons or minnow imitation cranks deep or shallow
will do the trick.
In the summer months smallmouth bass frequent the channel.
There is a current that runs through the channel with tide
and water level changes. More current, better the fishing.
