The Salmon fishing is slowing down, but there are still enough in the river to have a great day of fishing, but I would fish behind the spawning Salmon to pick up on some fresh Steelhead. There are good numbers of Steelhead in the rivers and the water is receding for all the rain for last week, so fishing is getting better and better every day. Large streamers and egg patterns are working best. Fishing pressure is very light, so finding a spot to fish isn’t a problem. If you are looking for some “WORLD CLASS FISHING”, now is the time. Plus the fall colors are just beautiful right now.
