Most of the ride took us through the Ottawa National Forest.
Most of the riding was easy and it gave you a chance to really enjoy
the forest and country side. Some of the guys incurred a little damage
on this trip and we had to leave a couple machines in Ewen for pick up later.
The RTV in the photo to the right blew a rod and one of the two wheelers
lost an axle bearing. The rest of us headed back as they waited in a gas station on
M-28 for a returning trailer. All in all it was a very
interesting and fun ride that day. Over 200 miles of adventure
and no major problems!

Duane, Gary and I pulled into Vacationland Resort around seven that evening.
On the last leg the heels of the Rockies I've had for the past 12 years blew out.
That's just about how I felt, worn out. After a long hot soaking bath it was nice to
sit back and watch the sun set over the lake. I thought about the past few days
and all the wildlife, waterfalls and landscapes we past. The many new people we
met and the friendships grown along the way. Until next time, have fun, be safe.
