Although there are a few homes on the east bank of northern Grass River
most of the area is wetland. The gentle current makes site seeing from a kayak
or canoe a relaxing ride. You can see bass, pike and a variety of fish in the
clear water as you go. Birds, turtles, ducks, deer and muskrats are also
seen in and along the banks of the river.
