  If you can from the Seney National Wildlife Refuge Visitors Center and stayed on the Marshland Wildlife Drive you will pass over the Spillway between E Pool on the right side of the road and C Pool on the left. Below you get a close up of the spillway and a view from underneth looking over the higher E Pool. Further west you soon meet the Fishing Road at the D Pool coming next.
